We use high-quality materials such as brass, alloy, silver replica, German silver, oxidised silver, and anti-tarnish finishes. Each piece is designed to replicate the elegance of real silver with lasting shine and durability.
2. Do your jewellery pieces tarnish?
Our anti-tarnish and oxidised finishes are designed to minimize tarnishing. However, since they are imitation pieces, proper care is essential to maintain their look and longevity.
3. Are your products skin-safe and hypoallergenic?
Yes, our jewellery is nickel-free and skin-friendly, making it suitable for most skin types. For very sensitive skin, we recommend applying a thin coat of clear nail polish to the back side of the piece as an extra precaution.
4. Can I cancel or return my order?
We do not accept cancellations or returns. However, we will gladly offer an exchange only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, and only if informed within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently ship only within India.
6. How long does delivery take?
Delivery within India typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. During festive seasons or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We’ll arrange an exchange once your claim is verified.

Yes! We offer limited customization on select items—such as plating changes or small design modifications. Custom orders may take additional time (approx. 3–4 weeks). Contact us for customization requests.

Yes, most of our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means slight variations may occur—adding to the uniqueness and charm of each piece.
11. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
