As with any shopping experience, there are certain terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Kaiah. We'll keep this as brief and clear as possible.

By placing an order or making a purchase at Kaiah, you agree to the terms set forth below.


Refunds & Replacements

At Kaiah, we are committed to serving our customers with premium products. Every single product is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packed with utmost care to ensure you fall in love with it.

We also ensure that our packaging is secure so that product don't get damaged during transit.

However, Kaiah is not liable for any damages caused during transit or transportation.

We follow strict policies to ensure transparency, efficiency, and quality customer care:


Key Points to Note

1. Video Proof Required
Kindly take a video while opening the package/product.


2. Refund/Replacement for Damaged Products
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the product is found to be damaged.


3. Submit Proof for Processing
Send the opening video to:
info.kaiahjewels@gmail.com/ WhatsApp.
Without valid proof, we do not allow refund or replacement.


4. Refund or Replacement Process
We issue either a replacement or refund/exchange (whichever is feasible) only for damaged.
Refunds are only issued if the same product is unavailable.


5. Processing Time
Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on the mode of transaction.


6. Order Cancellation Policy
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.


7. Delivery Attempt Policy
Customers or their authorized recipients must be available at the mentioned address during courier delivery.
If the person is unavailable after three delivery attempts, the courier will return the product.
In such cases:

A credit note will be issued (valid for 3 months).

NO refund will be provided.

Credit note, if issued, will be after deduction of actual shipping charges( Charges Applicable as per weight of product and place of delivery)
